Fancy a free day out at Doncaster Races to the St Ledger Festival?

So ladies, how do you fancy an opportunity to dress up and have a VIP day out at the races?  All you have to do is tell us when you've had an embarrassing nightmare with your clothing.  Poor Nat was waiting on the platform at Sheffield Train Station and her shoe fell onto the train track as she was getting on the train.  She was on the way to a job interview and had to tip toe into the room with her other foot!

Sheffield's Lucy Spraggan was on the show this morning following her appearance on the X Factor last Saturday.  What a lovely down to earth girl!  We're supporting her all the way and we reckon she could win.  If she gets to judges houses she'll jet off to the Carribean with Tulisa and Tinie Tempah - how cool is that?

Big John has the Google Ban over the weekend so if you could help him with his questions this Monday that he's not been able to look up that'd be great!
